As of Tuesday, May 8: $200.00 per person / $2,000.00 per table
(10 seats per table) All prices are in Canadian Dollars. All tickets are considered purchased when payment is received. All bookings are subject to availability. No exchanges or refunds.All guests MUST be registered. Please provide the first and last names of each guest when making your purchase. If your guests are to receive tax receipts, please provide their residential mailing addresses.Orders must be submitted and paid by Tuesday April 30, 2013 to ensure your guests are seated together. Seating requests for purchases after April 30 are not guaranteed but will be considered based on availability.Guests are required to check in at the event. No paper tickets will be issued. Tax Receipts
A charitable tax receipt will be issued for a portion of each general ticket purchased. Distinguished Partner Tables are not eligible for a tax receipt. Registered charitable organizations and public education institutes are ineligible for tax receipts. Tax receipts will be mailed 8 to 10 weeks after the event to the address(es) specified.
